High quality photographs
If you are a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) you know you must market to get the most money and quickest sale of your property. In real estate the internet has been the great equalizer and the best description is often the best photos. We know that not everyone has a professional level camera or a 3D camera. We offer both of these as Al-La-Carte services that may help you sell your home. As a FSBO we hope you will use us to provide you these services. Once YOU have found your buyer, we hope you consider our "FSBO assistance plan” to walk you through the transaction and its paperwork. Either way we will help to what ever level works for you.
High quality photographs
If you do not have a high quality camera we can take photographs for your marketing campaign. We will schedule a time that you have prepared your home for photographs, meet, collect your payment, then shoot and email you digital copies. $150 per session up to 3000 sq. foot house and $1 per each additional square foot above 3000, per county records.
3D walk throughs.
If you do not have a 3D camera or the software to produce a 3D videos we can do it for you. We will schedule a time that you have prepared your home for a 3D video, meet, collect your payment, then shoot and email you a link (The link is good for 6 months, or until you have closed, whichever comes first) that you can post in your marketing campaign, $399 per session, up to 3000 sq. foot house and $1 per each additional square foot, per county records.

What if I want try selling the house myself (FSBO), pay for the photos and 3D video but then decide I want later to list with Atomic Realty?
If you have paid Atomic Realty for a photo and or 3d shoot and choose to list in our $599 / 4% plan listing plan we will credit you the amount you have paid, up to $599, for the Photos and Video as we will use them in the listing.
