The internet has been the great equalizer. The marketing you receive from company to company will be very similar, as there are only so many effective venues to market your property. What does differ is the Broker’s responsiveness to your needs, the personalized service you receive, and the amount of commission you pay. Why do people use other companies? Perhaps their friend works there, perhaps they are told they will get better service, maybe they have been told that by paying higher commissions they will get a higher sales price. The reality is no 'Big Box" Brokerage can sell your house any faster, sell your house for any more money, or provide you any better service than Atomic Realty. The only thing that may be substantially different is the commission you pay.
We understand you may want to consider other brokers, you should. We encourage you to compare what Atomic Realty does and charges to others and choose what works best for you. Generally the commission you pay has NO relation to the service you receive. Ask them to provide a list of what unique service they provide and to ask them to negotiate their commission.
