Seven years ago, we moved to Los Alamos and opened Atomic Realty with a simple goal: to provide professional, full-service real estate representation at a fair and reasonable cost. Since then, we have had the privilege of helping hundreds of wonderful clients buy and sell homes, and we are deeply grateful for the trust and support this community has shown us.

During those seven years we haven’t taken a break—and now the time has come for us to take that sabbatical. Starting September 1, we will be on vacation. The Oregon coast, Hawaii, The Gem and Mineral show, and perhaps an Alaskan cruise are some on our whirlwind bucket list. We may be returning to work in the spring but we’re even playing that by ear right now.

 As part of this transition, we stopped accepting new listings on June 1. However, we remain fully committed to every client we are currently representing and will continue servicing all existing listings until they sell or their listing agreements expire. We take our responsibilities very seriously.

We take the service we provide very seriously; your investment is not a hobby for us and feel in the name of professionalism we should immediately keep you apprised of our situation, so you can make the best decisions for you.

Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to assist with the sale of your beautiful home at this time.  We encourage you to remember one of the messages we have always shared: negotiate your commissions and terms, and seek the best value for the services you receive. Paying more does not necessarily mean receiving more.
