FSBO photos
If you are a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) you know you must market your home to get the most money and quickest sale of your property. In real estate the internet has been the great equalizer and the best description is often the best photos and 3d walkthrough. We know that not everyone has a professional level camera or a 3D camera. We offer both of these as Al-La-Carte services that may help you sell your home.
If you do not have a 3D camera or the software to produce a 3D video we can do it for you. We will schedule a time that you have prepared your home for a photo a /3D walk though, meet, collect your payment if you haven't paid online, then shoot and email you a link and the photos. (The link is good for 6 months, or until you have closed, whichever comes first) You can post the photos and the 3d walkthrough link in your marketing campaign.
As a FSBO we hope you will use Atomic Realty to provide you these services. If you would like us to do your photos please contact us. We charge $599 for the photography and 3d videos service. which you can pay by cash, check or by the above online bill pay section..
If you have paid this fee and ultimately decide to use our full service 1.5% +$599 plan. or our FSBO assistance plan of 1.5% +$599 plan we will waive an additional $599 fee.
