FSBO - We will take your photos
If you are a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) you know you must market your home to get the most money and quickest sale of your property. In real estate the internet has been the great equalizer and the best description is often the best photos and 3d walkthrough. We know that not everyone has a professional 3D camera or the software to create the 3d walkthrough. We do. We offer 3d walkthroughs as an Al-La-Carte service that may help you sell your home.
If you do not have a 3D camera or the software to produce a 3D video we can do it for you. We use Matterport for our 3d walkthroughs. If you would like us to do your 3d walk through we will schedule a time that you have prepared your home for a 3D walk though, meet, collect your payment , then shoot and email you a link to the 3d walkthrough. (The link is good for 6 months, or until you have closed, whichever comes first) You can post the 3d walkthrough link in your marketing campaign.
As a FSBO we hope you will use Atomic Realty to provide you this service. If you would like us to do your 3d walkthrough please contact us. We charge $599 for the 3d video service. which you can pay by cash or check.
If we have taken your photos and ultimately decide you could use help to manage the paperwork for both you and your buyer, manage the interaction with the 3d party banks, inspectors and title companies we charge an additional 1.5% of the sales price for this service.
