1) How to best stage your home prior to photographs,
2) If vacant, should you incur the cost of a staging company?
3) Opinions as to how to keep your belongings secure during showings.
4) Should you pay for a presale-inspection?
Once Listed Atomic Realty will save you time. You will not have to take your time to manage the logistics of selling, we will;
Market your home on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and others,
Take high quality photos. We own professional grade cameras. However, if you want to pay to higher an additional photographer we can recommend some.
Take 3D video of your property. We own 3D cameras.
Provide “For Sale” signs and directional signs.
Market your home on social media.
Showcase your home with open houses.
Coordinate all showings, with Buyers and Brokers.
Schedule and attend all open houses.
Present, discuss, and provide insight into ALL offers, counters, disclosures, tax docs, HOAs, etc.
Coordinate with Buyer’s and their Brokers following up with all the parties on their side of the transaction to make sure it is timely and working to close.
Coordinate private party inspections, appraisals, and the other parts of the transaction.
Atomic Realty will coordinate with all the institutional parties in the transaction, Banks, Title Companies, and other Brokers.
